Facility-Sponsored CNA Training Program


Are you ready to start a rewarding career in healthcare? We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our Facility-Sponsored CNA Training Program. This program provides eligible candidates with the opportunity to receive Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training while preparing for employment in a supportive healthcare environment.

No prior healthcare experience is required — just a passion for caring for others and a willingness to learn.

Program Responsibilities

Participants in the CNA Training Program will:

  • Attend mandatory in-person open house
  • Complete online modules
  • Attend all scheduled classes and clinical training sessions
  • Learn basic nursing skills and patient care techniques
  • Assist residents/patients with daily living activities
  • Practice infection control and safety procedures
  • Communicate respectfully with residents, families, and healthcare staff
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
  • Successfully complete training requirements and state competency testing
  • Complete a 4-month externship while working full-time with Sponsor at the completion of the program


Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old 
  • Ability to pass background screening
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to meet physical demands of caregiving
