Under the direction of doctors, nurses and other professionals, phlebotomists draw blood to be sent to a laboratory for testing. Also known as venipuncture, phlebotomy is one of the most important fields for uncovering and treating various illnesses affecting the body.

Our phlebotomy certification program prepares you for the NHA Phlebotomy Technician Certification Exam. This ensures you have the important credentials for a successful career in phlebotomy. Being certified shows you're skilled as a phlebotomy technician and adds trust to your qualifications.

Students will be eligible to take the CPT Board Examination upon completion of Purple Owl Career Institute’s CPT (Certified Phlebotomy Technician) Program.
